1. 1-5t/hour steel bar production line, final bar size range is 8-32 mm,most use for build for small rolling mill.we have half-automatic/fully automatic steel bar production line machinery.we can also design machinery under customer's invest.so the more of your suggestion will be best for us.

2. The raw material can be scrap metal or billet.For capacity 1-5 t ,our suggestion
billet size can be 40*40mm,50*50mm,60*60mm, 1000 - 6000 mm long,under this size in production will be the smallest machinery investment.
3. The whole steel bar production line new need heating furnace for billet, the heating furnace can use
gas/electric/oil ,we can under your requirement design the whole line.
4. About the cooling bed .you can use or not both all right.
